How do I pay?
- We accept MasterCard, Visa and American Express credit cards
- Talaverica takes pride in selling only the highest quality pieces. However, we want all our customers to be satisfied with their purchase, if you are not, simply return it within 30 days of receipt and we will credit you for the entire amount of your merchandise minus a 10% restocking fee. This does not apply to special orders — only to normal stock items.
- The item(s) you are returning need(s) to arrive back to us in the same condition as when it left our warehouse. Please repack appropriately to protect during shipping. -Please pack your piece(s) to be returned carefully to avoid breakage. You are responsible for return shipping charges and any damage to your return. Original Sales Receipt or Packing Slip will be refunded in the Original Form of Tender.
- Please note, return policy applies to retail purchases only, and does not apply to any items that are either custom-made or purchased on a wholesale basis intended for resale.

- Visible damages should be noted at time of delivery with the carrier. All damages must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment. We cannot accept returned damaged merchandise after this time without being notified within the 48 hour timeframe. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us at 877 232 0767.
- All packing materials must be saved for inspection purposes. We will replace or credit you for your loss provided the above guidelines have been met.
- We personally select each piece listed on the website and in order to maintain a unique offering which tends to sell out quickly. In the event that an item(s) is unavailable please note the following.
- All glass, pottery and Jewelry products are warehoused at our facility in NJ. Orders are usually shipped with 3-5 days. If an item is out of stock, however, you will be contacted by our staff and given the option of back-ordering or purchasing alternate products. Backordered jewelry usually takes 2-4 weeks; copper sinks and bowl 2-4 weeks, glass and pottery 3-6 weeks.
- Please contact us if you are interested in purchasing a larger quantity of an item than is currently available, by filling out our wholesale form. We will let you know as soon as possible if we will be able to fulfill the request.
